Protect yourself when showing a property

If you need to show a property to lease or sell take the hints
- Get prospect's full name and phone number when you schedule appointment
- Google the name and phone number to see if they match or if there is other important info about the person
- Carry pepper spray
- Carry a cell phone
- Have someone wait in the car while you show the property (or accompany you)
- Prospects show photo ID before entering; make sure it matches the name given on the phone.
